how do i copy a query from access to outlook contacts??

I would like to import contact details from an access database to my outlook
contacts without copying my entire database (Just several queries)... I can
then transfer my required addresses to my black berry from my contacts
list... Is this possible ??
 
Hi Leon,

In Access, set up one or more queries that return the contacts you
want to import into Outlook.

Then in Outlook use File|Import and Export. Navigate to the database
and then select the query you want.
