how do I convert express to out look office

Just changed to office outlook 2003 and would like some help coverting from
out look express
 
You should be able to just launch Microsoft Outlook and it will detect your
Outlook Express account and start the migration wizard to pull your account
information, mail and contacts into Outlook. Just follow the prompts.

While Joe is correct, it's best not to allow Outlook to import your messages
from Outlook Express because it will alter the time stamps on the messages,
making them all look as though they were received at the time of import.
