How do I convert all upper case excel sheet into upper and lower .

I have an excel sheet mailing list in all caps and I need to merge into memo
using upper and lower case.
 
I'm guessing that you have names in UPPER CASE and want them in Title Case.

Use the function PROPER to convert to Title Case.
