how do I convert a word document to outlook stationery

Does anyone know how to mimic word stationery so it looks the same in outlook
w/ header, footer, etc?
 
Formatted messages in Outlook use HTML which is incompatible with
headers/footers or even pages for that matter. Save your Word document as
HTML and reformat to give you some impression of what you want to achieve.
