How do I convert a ost file to a pst file

My server recently crashed and I accidently deleted the exchange mbox from
outlook while setting up a new box so i could use pop3 to collect my mail
from the ISP. Unfortunately I can no longer access data from my ost file. Is
it possible to convert this to a pst file so I can then see it?
 
Thanks Marco - the software only converts the subject and not contents. Which
I understand costs $600 - way beyond my budget. www.pwcrack.com can convert
for $40 though - much more reasonable. I'll let you know if it works!

having the same prob as yours. Still looking for FREE solution if

But I receive error msg once I tried to convert the file using ost2pst
program.
internal error (code=00000002)
Any idea why.? Is the file corrupted? If yes any idea how to fix it?? Sorry
too many questions at a time..:)

You may use popular ost recovery software to convert unusable or corrupted
exchange server ost file to usable pst file which is very much suitable in
different instances like mailbox deletion, server crash, modification in
exchange profile and mailbox or ost corruption.

Maybe this will help someone.
I've poorly tested different ways to convert OST to PST.

Then I found the online OST to PST service www.backyourdata.com and they have converted my file perfectly.
