how do I connect recipinets e-mail addresses stored in excel

I want to use mail merge. Send and e-mail message to all my friends
separately. I have their addresses stored in and Excel Sheet. When I use the
data connection wizard I always got an error message at the end: this data
source contain no visible tables.

Anybody knows how to connect the addresses in excel with outlook for mail
merge?

Does your Excel sheet have a named range defining the data you want to use?
