How do I configure my hand-held to get email from Outlook?

I am trying to configure my Versamail program that exists on my Palm Zire72,
to pick up my email when I Hotsynch. I need to configure the software and I
have tried several different methods but I remain unsuccessful. I subscribe
to Hotmail, which is my main account, and it goes to my Outlook Express 6.
Can anyone tell me how to configure this in a clear, step-by-step way?
 
Not sure about this, BUT, what I am sure of is you should ask in this news
group:

Am not saying that they can answer it, but...

Since Hotmail is usually an HTTP (WebDAV) protocol, I don't think Hotsynch
will work with it. However, check Hotsynch's web site or that of your
Palm's vendor.
