How do I configure mail outlook express

my linksys router is working fine but when i try to send OUTLOOK express mail
no joy. my browser set MSIE. i have gone to settings OUTLOOK and advanced
and always refers me to WCZ microsoft. i just want to send and receive emails
OUTLOOK express from time to time. i use yahoo as primary. thanks for ur help

Your router is not the problem. In MS Outlook Express,
Tools|Accounts|Add|Mail, and follow the steps in the new account Wizard.
You will need to know:

Your ISP mail server names, your login name, and your password.

If you are trying to set up an SMTP/POP3 account for Yahoo!, you need to be
using one of the offshore Yahoo! sites; yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.co.es,
yahoo.co.jp. The U.S. and Canadian Yahoo!s, yahoo.com and yahoo.co.ca,
require that you be a Yahoo! Mail Plus customer for access; at $19.99US per
year. Or use something like YahooPOPSs.
