What do you mean "How do I compress outgoing Outlook email files?" Please be
a bit more explicit about what exactly you are trying to do.

Are you talking about normal text emails, because if so, then the size is
already very small, unless you are using complicated stationery with lots of
graphics. If you are talking about ATTACHMENTS, then that's a different
story.
 
I'm attaching jpg files on the smallest camera setting 1.7mp. Winzip won't
read them. Any ideas?
