How do I compact the Outlook Database

How do I compact the Outlook database? I have hardly any
e-mail stored and less than 200 contacts, but my Outlook
file is nearly 200MB. In Mac Entourage, they have a
repair feature and in Access their is a compact database
feature. Does something like this exist for Outlook?
