how do I combine 2 excell documents to make one...

How do I combine 2 excell documents into one? they are mailing lists, they
have the same number of columns and they match up but it won't let me copy
and paste...
I need to make it one list...
any help would be great!!!!!
 
What are you doing (exactly) when you try to copy and paste?
