How do I clear history of searched words?

I don't think so. Quick and dirty: Try to do a few searches for different number (1, 2, 3, ...) of spaces .
Or restart Word (might be quicker).

What's the reason? If you don't wamt certain searches to appear in the list, you could also do them with a macro using Range.Find... I think those wouldn't appear in the dropdown.
