How do I change the year of my calendar with already saved dates

Is there a way of changing my calendar from previous years without having
re-enter all the birthdays etc?
 
Open the contact for the party that you wish to have the birthdate show up
in the calendar. Click on the Details tab and enter the birth date in the
field provided. Anniversaries also!
