How do I change the time setting for Outlook to download email fr.

My email comes into Outlook (running Outlook 2000) using Microsoft Exchange
Server. This action happens automatically but is only occuring about every 30
minutes. If I hit "send/receive" they transfer and I can see how long they
have been sitting on the main server. How do I change the time setting so it
transfers more often?

Normally I'd say "modify your send/receive interval", but I just spent about
15 minutes in Outlook 2000 in CW mode and I couldn't find it.
