How do I change the template used for Reply

Outlook 2003 SP2 on WinXP Pro Vers 2002 SP2
When I create a new message, it uses Normal.dot as expected.
When I reply to a message it uses another template, with
-Language=English (US) instead of UK,
-other Font size,
-other paragraph spacing, etc.
This happens even if I reply to my own message.
How can I change that behaviour?

I doubt you'll get any better answer this time than you did the last time
