How do I change the size of a shape in an Organization Chart?

Hi Rich,

It depends on which version of Word you're using and whether you're using the Insert=>Diagram tool or the older MS Org Chart
addin/download.

For the Diagram tool you can turn off the Autolayout feature from the OrgChart toolbar and then manually resize the boxes.
