V Vince Averello [MVP - Outlook] Sep 16, 2008 #2 Do you mean that you're sending someone a Word document that's A4 formatted? What version of Office are you using? Office 2007 will show Word documents full-screen (two pages to a screen) when you open them from Outlook. Is that what you're seeing?
