How do I change the order of item in a legend for a chart?

You can change the series order. Double click on a series and adjust the
settings in the Series Order tab.

Note that the order of appearance of different chart types cannot be mixed:
column series are always grouped, as are line series and XY series. In
addition, the order of series on the primary and secondary axes cannot be
changed.
