I recently upgrade from OfficeXP to Office 2003 and although I have found
that most of the Office 2003 changes are definitely an improvement I am not
happy with the change in the Outlook navigation pane. I much prefer the way
that OutlookXP displayed it's navigation pane. I am hoping that I am just
overlooking some customization feature in Outlook2003. If anyone has an
answer or suggestion it would be most appreciated.

What do you mean by navigation pane? I'm not sure what you're referring to
in OL2002. If you mean the horizontal bars/buttons in OL2003, they are what
they are. I generally drag the top bar all the way down to the bottom so all
I see are the buttons/shortcuts.
You may find you prefer this to the older style - I certainly do.

The Navigation Pane changed significantly between OL 2002 and OL 2003. See
if anything here helps: http://www.howto-outlook.com/Faq/classicview2003.htm
