i would like my received messages to display automatically in a larger easier
to read font

Tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts button. Change any composing, reading,
replying font there.

That dialogue box only allows for changes to the font when I initiate a
message, it doesn't have an option to enlarge the font size of messages I
receive, for easier reading.

Try this then....
Start, Control panel, display.

I have a user who's settings are using html, in outlook/word 2003, His
settings are 10. pt ariel, Yet all his viewing panes/menu bar's are massive,
How can I resolve this?

Some of these suggestions helped with regarding increasing the font size when
I'm viewing a list of e-mails. I need to find a way to increase the font
size on the individual e-mails when I open them.

Thanks for the help.
Mike
