How do I change the Excel Column Labels as back to alpha?

Several Files I have received from people have the rows and columns BOTH in
numerics instead of the rows in numeric and the columns in ALPHA. It screws
up formulas so I do I seitch them back?
 
Tools>Options>General.

Uncheck "R1C1 reference style"
