how do I change the colour of my highlighted fields to one shade

I would like to change the colour of my spreadsheets highlighted fields to
one shade, how is this done?
 
This is an Access newsgroup. If you have a question about a spreadsheet, I
would assume that you are using Excel, not Access. Ask your question in an
Excel newsgroup.

If you are asking how to change the color when you click a cell, then I
think that is a Windows color setting.

In either case, this is not the correct newsgroup for your question.
