How do I change print margins?

In page setup, my print margins are in centimeters and I would like them to
be in inches..........how can I change this for all my print documents?
 
Excel uses the Regional Settings. In Windows: Start|Control Panel|Regional
Setting- open Regional tab and click Customize; change Measurement system
from Metric to US
