How do I change my WindowsXP from the recovery system in Korean to English

I bought this new Pentium 4 Presario computer with a Korean version WindowsXP Home edition but I wanted an English version since I can't read and understand Korean.

Please, help me I need to use the computer for my studies.
 
Format, and then reinstall an english version.

There is no upgrade path to change from one language to another. Your only
option is to clean install the language version you want to use. The Korean
version of Windows cannot be upgraded.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the an
OS to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
English WinXP to perform a clean installation.
