how do I change my email name

On my computer outlook is set up in the name of the previous secretary
"Sharon Inglis" therefore this name appears on the emails. I would like to
change this to my name and don't know how to. Does anyone know how this can
be done?

Hi Julie,
Open Outlook
Email Accounts
click on
"View or change existing email accounts"
Next
Choose your Account
Change
In the "Your Name" Box, type in your name
press the more settings button
General tab
And type in your name in the "Mail Account" box
