Hi Sara,
There are 3rd party dictation programs that include vocabularies for multiple langauges. Unfortunately MS never did much with this
feature in Office beyond put it in the box in Office XP and Office 2003 in English(U.S.), Chinese and Japanese, only.
Interestingly, the audio for the 'how to use dictation' training file was recorded by folks in England

I want to know how do I change my language preference in word so I can
dictate in Spanish from Spain. I did it but it doesn´t let me dictate so I
don´t know what I did wrong or if I need to install other things, etc...
