How do I change language in word to flemish ?

I have a letter setup for a client, it has been keyed in flemish, there is no
option to set language to Flemish so that I can insert a date field.


Any Advice Please,

The Date field will be the same for all languages of Word. Starting with Word
2000, all languages use English terms within the field codes.
