How do I change box size on an orgchart within powerpoint?

I am trying to standardize the size of the boxes within an automatic
organization chart in MS Powerpoint. The program assigns the size and I need
to know how to change it, if possible.

Right click on one of the boxes in the organisation chart, click layout, and
uncheck autolayout. Now you will be able to modify the size of each boxes
manually by clicking and dragging each boxes.

You can also modify its individual size in the properties by double clicking

What tohlz said. But also, I don't think there's any way to specify the
default size of the boxes in an Org Chart (in case that's what you were
asking).
