How do I change Address Card view format?

I know how to sort the contacts by company, but the address card still
displays the contact name in bold and highlighted in brown. When I am
viewing conatacts by company, the company field should be bold/highlighted in
brown to find the contact easier. Is there a way to customize how the
Address card displays it's fields?

I REALLY miss my Daytimer Organizer program - not XP compatible - any
suggestions?
 
View | Current View | Customize Current View | Fields -- You need to change
the field order. The first field in the list is the one highlighted.
