HOW DO I CHANGE A POWERPOINT FILE TO WORD OR JPEG?

I HAVE A BENEFIT FLIER THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN OPEN-- I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO
CHANGE IT TO A .JPEG FORMAT OR WORD DOC. THERE IS A PHOTO OF THE LADY THE
BENEFIT IS FOR. i DIDNOT CREATE THE DOCUMENT. IT WAS EMAILED TO ME FROM
ANOTHER.I HAVE A NEW HP WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE XP TEACHER'S EDITION.

From powerpoint, you can click File > Send to > Microsoft Office Word, to
send your slides into MS Word.
Alternatively, you can get Slide Into Word add-in:

To save the slides in JPEG, go File > Save as Type. Then under Save as Type,
select JPEG FIle Interchange Format. Click Save.
