HOW DO I CHANGE A KEYBOARD FROM ENGLISH TO PORTUGUESE? WINDOWS IN.

i need to change the keyboard... the keyboard is a portuguese keyboard... i
installed windows in English and now many keys will not function in
portuguese... please help
