In ms organization chart v2.0. How do I change the default chart style in a
my company style. different colors and shapes...

There is an OrgChart toolbar that usually appears whenever an OrgChart is
inserted. On the far right, there is a little icon. I do not know what a
lightning bolt, going to a red circle, going to a blue circle is supposed to
symbolize, but that is the icon that takes you to the preset chart styles.
You can change your shapes and basic structure from there.

Changing the colors OrgChart will display, depends on the chart style you
use. Some of the styles have special colors, like the 'Fire' and 'Primary
color' styles. Others use a single color theme, based on the 'Fills' color
set from within your color scheme. When there are multiple colors to be
used, OrgChart seems to pull the colors from the 'Fills', 'Accent', and
'Accent with hyperlink' color scheme settings for the current presentation.

The text inside the boxes and the connecting lines between boxes seem to be
based on (who'da guessed it) the 'Text and lines' color scheme setting. The
text can be selected and the color changed manually, but the fill color of
the individual boxes can not.

I suspect this is far more than you really wanted to know about the OrgChart
helper App colorings.

You can't, really. Your best bet will be to create an Org Chart that looks
like what you want it to look like and then copy that slide and change the
info for subsequent org charts.
