How do I cancel the use of Microsoft Office Outlook?

I want to discontinue the use Microsoft Office Outlook. How do i do this so i
can get all my mail to go back into my old e-mail address?
 
Outlook can use whatever email address you have, assuming you have the info
to set it up. eg mail address, user name, password
See OL Tools/Accounts and add the 'new' address
Depending how you connect you may have to add another connection - dialup -
The mail is specific to an email address you cannot receive mail sent to one
address in another address, unless you setup mail forwarding at the ISP end

You can use any mail client you want with any mail address you have. If you
want to discontinue using Outlook, just do it. Don't run it. Stop opening
it. Then, choose another mail client, like Outlook Express, define in it an
account with the properties you seek, and use that client.
