How do I cancel an online service with Microsoft?

I want to cancel an online service called Microsoft Online Svcs ONE MICROSOFT
WAY 8O. Money has been coming out of my account and I have not used this
service once. I want to cancel and I need HELP!!!

If you don't know what the service is, call the bank/cc company involved and
have them read you the rest of the description. I would bet that '80' is the
beginning of a 800 number that has simply been cut off on your statement.
The call that number at microsoft and get it straightened out.
