how do i block something that was recently allowed?

i want to block something that was recently allowed. how
do i do that?

If you did an ignore always, you can change your mind. Options, Settings,
Spyware scan--look in the right pane.

If you simply allowed something, there's no going back--if you allowed an
install, you need to find an uninstall, or run a scan and do a remove,
perhaps.
