How do I block mail that has my own "from" address

I guess these idiots out there, and they are idiots, think that when they
send me an email and the subject line is fake, or even, like in this case
the from line has been forged to display my own name, that I will buy
something from them. Who are these guys. Anyway, how do I block these guys?
I blocked the email once before, and because the way they had me in the from
line, I blocked my own email. Well, I do sometimes send myself email from
the office, so I have a copy of certain things, so, yes, I do send myself
email. What is the best way to stop this crap from getting out of hand. I
have to keep Outlook (2003), because of the office, and the training I get
using it..............Peter

I trule dont see how other than some form of application to act as a filter.
You are extremely limited given the fact that you have a IMO (Internet Mail
Only) config or I assume you do. Mailsweeper is an application that I used
sometime ago that is capable of that and you may want to look into using
that. I am not that savvy on options for IMO configs. Hopefully someone on
here has an idea
