how do i backup/restore my email account settings like pop info?

i formatted my pc and now ive lost my 4 email accounts. even though i
imported the pst file, ive lost the settings that are the most time consuming
to configure. please help!

If you reformatted your PC you've destroyed the account information, which
is kept in the Windows registry. Adding four accounts manually should take
you all of about ten minutes or less.
