How do I automatically have a signature appear when emailing a do.

I create documents in word 2003 and use outlook 2003 to send the message on
an exchange server. I want my outlook signature to appear automatically, and
I don't want to set it each time I send a document. Can I do this?

Howdy,

In Outlook, click Tools | Options | Mail Format.

In the window that opens you will see a listing of available
signatures (if you have created some) and also a button
called "Signatures" with which you can create what you need.
