how do i automatically divert emails from one account to another

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Could you please tell me how i can
divert email messages automatically from one computer to another.

Scenario - My employer is out of town for 5 weeks i need to automatically
divert his emails to the general office email so i dont miss any vital
information or clients queries.

Please Help

What kind of mail server are you using? Do you have an Exchange Server or
are you getting your mail from a mailbox at an ISP?
