how do i auto respond

I want a condition in Outlook to work for me

subject = notification

body = muscle

reply with a template that I have already saved

I have set up these in message rules but it doesnt auto reply with the
template

Any Ideas. I'm running Outlook 2002

Note that rules only get executed when Outlook is running. Do they work
then? Does the rule work when you choose "Run rule now"?

If you have an server-side auto-responder then use that. Then you don't
need to leave your computer powered up all the time and Outlook always
loaded.

I can't do it on the server I don't think as I need to respond with a
different link to a different bit of text in the body

Will check my webspace though to see if I can do it there

Yes Outlook running all the time and checking for mail every minute

Still don't work with the run rule now

I have checked the conditions are correct though
