How do I auto populate based on a drop down list?

I am trying to make a drop down list of names, and I need the cells below the name to auto populate with thier address and phone number, and some other options.

1. How can I make a drop down list with a number of different names?
2. How can I make it auto populate the correct information once I've selected the name?
