How do I auto delete the original message once I have replied or .

There used to be an option for deleting email messages upon replying or
forwarding. I am now on Office 2007 and am unable to find this attribute.

No such option in OL2002 (which I still use). I doubt they would have
introduced a new option in OL2003 to then remove it in OL2007. If the
option got introduced in OL2003 then it should be in OL2007 although
you might have to wade through a different navigation through the
menus.
