It should be on the Standard toolbar for the Compose window is you've
defined signatures and you're using Outlook's built-in Editor. If you're
using Word as the editor, you click Insert>AutoText>Signature.
Actually, in Word, the signatures are not stored in autotext in Outlook 2003 only in Outlook 2000. In later versions, you'll see them on the right-click context menu when you click on an existing signature.
