How do I add the Favorites command to my Outlook toolbar?

I went to Tools, Customize, Commands Tab. Favorites is listed there, in
Catagories, yet it is not showing on my toolbar where it s/b between View and
Go.
I added Add To Favorites and Organize Favorites but the command, Favorites,
is not there in the toolbar to use.

In Categories select Menu Bar. From the commands drag & drop Favorites to
where you want it to be.
