How Do I add Personal Dictionary changes

to our mail server.

I have a few users that strictly use our Outlook Web Access for their mail,
this is because they are off-site. They have difficulties using a few words
that takes spell check too long for them to handle, ( I know, they are so
impatiant) but is there a way I can add these few words to the mail server,
so it does not stop everytime on these words, to make it a little easies on
them?

We use Microsoft exchange server, with primarily office 2003, with the
exceptions of these users who use our web access mail settings.

I don't know how you do this, but as OWA is part of Exchange, you should
post in an Exchange newsgroup. Try m.p.exchange.admin.

We used the Messageware add-on on 2000 and now we use it on 2003 too.
We get customer dictionaries and addressing.
