How do I add music to auto-play upon opening an email?

I am just wondering if it is possible to add a music file to a person's email
signature. So that when someone opens up the email it auto-plays the song.
 
FYI: If you are running Windows XP and have loaded SP2, the instructions
provided in the link provided by Robert will no longer work.
