How do I add Merriam Webster icon to toolbar in word 2003?

With word 2000 my Merriam Webster icon installed on my toolbar. In 2003 I
have only a macro to run the dictionary. How do I set up an icon on the
toolbar?

If you have a macro, you can add a toolbar button to run that macro. Tools |
Customize | Commands: Macros.
