I'm trying to send an email through Outlook, but need to have the
Introduction text box field there as well under the Subject field. Please
advise.

What is the "introduction" text box? I'm not sure what you're referring to.

When you send an email from a Word document on the tool bar and it goes to
Outlook 2003, you have the "To", "CC", "BCC", and "Subject" fields. I need
to know how to put the "from" and also "Intorduction" fields in there too.
The "Intorduction" is what you may use to explain what you are sending to
recipient in addition to the "Subject" field. I hope that explains a little
better. I know that they refer to it as an Introduction text box in Outlook
2003.

the introduction is only added when you use 'wordmail' - i.e., send from
word using file, send to, mail recipient. in normal email, just type a note
at the top of the message.

The from field is on the view or options dialog.
