How do I add an email address to my safelist?

I am looking for the tab that allows me to add email addresses to my safelist
or whitelist so the email does not go in my junk folder, or not show up at
all.

Tools - Options - Junk E-mail?

If not, what version of Outlook are you using?

And if mail isn't showing up at all, not even in the Junk E-Mail folder,
then it isn't Outlook doing it. Either there's some spam prevention at the
ISP level, or a plug-in acting before Outlook's spam filter.
