How do I add a page to my spreadsheet?

I am working in Microsoft Excel 2003. I have tried going to Insert and page
break but it does not add a page to my spreadsheet. I am sure I am leaving
out a step. Please Help. Jewels...
 
What do you refer to as a page?
If it is a worksheet you could find the the insert Worksheet command on the
insert menu
If it is the print you are talking about, on the view menu select Page Break
Preview
you could then move around the solid blue line to manipulate printed area,
or the broken line to chose the number of pages you want
